Toyota Tundra to debut on September 19

Toyota has gotten itself in a tricky situation following the recent leak of an image showing the next-gen Tundra ahead of its official reveal. The company quickly proceeded to post an official teaser, and will be revealing the car completely on Sunday.

Despite showing us an engine lid, Toyota never revealed what lay beneath. It could be a turbocharged V6 identical or similar to the one that powers the Land Cruiser 300. The body-on-frame SUV gets 415 PS (409 hp / 305 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque out of it.
