Bugatti La Voiture Noire spied in London looking very off
The resplendent Bugatti La Voiture Noire has been spotted next to the Londoner Hotel in London, England, looking almost as though its happy owner ordered it delivered to their room door. But hold on with the conclusions.
What’s with the silent engine? The car slips off the trailer platform and proceeds to move quietly down the street. The original La Voiture Noire packs a monstrous eight-liter W16 quad-turbocharged to above 1,500 PS (1,479 hp / 1,103 kW) and 1,600 Nm (1,180 lb-ft) of torque. Is this one a replica, then?
It is, indeed. It is the only other La Voiture Noire Bugatti ever built, and while it may look every bit as gorgeous as the original, it is a pure show car meant to stand on display only. The company brought it to London to advertise La Bouteille Noire, a fifteen-liter Champagne Carbon bottle made from pure carbon fiber to celebrate the birthday of the unique hypercar.
