ABT unveils an 800-PS, track-ready Audi RS Q8 Signature Edition

ABT Sportsline and its founder, Daniel Abt, have revealed a hardcore ‘Signature Edition’ of the Audi RS Q8. Tuned to be driven on the racetrack while remaining street-legal, the series is capped at 96 production units.
In its stock form, the model packs a four-liter twin-turbo V8 engine rated at 600 PS (593 hp / 368 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. The drivetrain internals are similar to those used in the deluxe Lamborghini Urus, which unlocks a variety of tuning opportunities.
ABT takes advantage of it by replacing both turbochargers, the intercooler, the exhaust system and the ECU software with their higher-performance counterparts. As a result, the car begins churning out 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW) and up to 1,000 Nm (738 lb-ft) of torque.
Tuned like this, the off-roader snaps off the start line to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and only maxes out upon reaching 315 km/h (195 mph). It wears a distinctive carbon-fiber body kit and a set of 23-inch gloss-black rims to set itself apart from stock.
A conversion like this will set you back at least €129,000 if you can procure a donor SUV, or €316,480 if you would rather let ABT Sportsline find a suitable donor vehicle for you.
