A design cross between Ford Mustang and Ford GT costs $89k to buy

Zero to 60 Design, a tuning shop based in California, has unveiled a special edition of the Ford Mustang which targets the design traits of the GT flagship while offering up to 760 horsepower. Let us have a closer look at it.

The changes begin with an aggressive-looking front spoiler, redesigned area around the headlights, new hood vents and sculpted sides. The rear end attracts attention with its GT-style taillights, but there are four in total instead of just two, like on the original. A set of 22-inch HRE P204 wheels shod in Continental rubber rounds things off on the outside.

The engine still sits at the front end, and it is still the good old 5.0-liter Coyote V8. However, a Stage II tune based on a ProCharger supercharger kit drives it to 760 PS (750 hp / 559 kW), which a Getrag six-speed manual transmission sends to the rear axle.

Other notable upgrades include a sports exhaust system, height-adjustable suspension springs and Berembo six-piston calipers at the front axle.

The car is currently on sale used with less than 27,500 km (17,000 miles) on the clock and an asking price of $89,000. You could also order a new conversion like this, but it would cost you more.
