Acura TLX Type S spins off a new version

The four-door Acura TLX Type S (see video) will soon be available in an exclusive PMC Edition, like some of the marque’s other models.

The production takes place at the Performance Manufacturing Center in Ohio, where Acura pieces together the NSX lineup, and not at the main factory as usual. For the first time on record for the PMC lineup, buyers can choose from three exterior colors including blue, red and white. All three stem from the NSX palette and aren’t new. Every car gets a carbon-fiber body kit and special décor.

Only 300 units will be made (100 in each color) and reach the showrooms priced at around $65,000.
