The vehicle is now going to have to compete with Mini in its market segment

The Italian car manufacturer Fiat has introduced the 2018 model update of its Fiat 500 compact hatchback at the recently started Chicago International Auto Show. The vehicle is now going to have to compete with Mini in its market segment.

Remarkably, all new Fiat 500 cars come with a powerful 1.4-liter turbocharged engine capable of 135 hp. Three trim levels – Pop, Lounge and Abarth – will be made available with such basic features as sports-grade suspension, improved brakes, redesigned LED headlights, and a spoiler. Prospective buyers will also be able to select from multiple car colors.

The hi-end Fiat 500 Abarth will get the same 1.4-liter turbo engine with 160 hp instead of just 135.
