Peugeot plans to launch a large family of all-electric cars in the near future, including battery-powered versions o its models 208, 308, 308 SW, 3008, and 5008. The latter has now been sighted on public roads with what looked like production bodywork.

The short overhangs at both ends suggest the model is based on the STLA Medium platform. This implies that it could offer AWD and up to 700 km (435 miles) of range.

The images show a sleek body with flush handles and split headlamps – note the cutouts in the camo where the turn blinkers are.

The reveal is expected sometime before 2025.
