Pagani penthouse owners get treated to unique Utopia supercars

Like many luxury automakers before it, Pagani has decided to diversify its business with some real estate investment. The Italian supercar maker is currently constructing a housing complex called Pagani Residences in Florida, consisting of two fully equipped luxury penthouses each bundled with a unique version of the Utopia roadster not available through other channels.

Both buyers can look forward to getting a two-story penthouse in coastal Florida. One of these has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, while the other one has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Both feature ceilings four meters (13.1 ft) high, dedicated elevators and sprawling terraces with an ocean view. The kitchens come preloaded with all the premium equipment a family can dream of, and the overall design of the property reflects the styling language of the Pagani brand – albeit subtly.

The larger of the residences costs $30 million, while the other one comes in at $28.5 million. Both include a Pagani Utopia Miami Edition in the price, a roadster finished in exclusive shades of blue evocative of Florida’s sky and sea, per company CEO Horatio Pagani. As well, both owners will be invited to take a tour of the automaker’s HQ in Modena, Italy and visit the company’s museum.
