Renee Brinkerhoff is a professional racing driver and founder of Valkyrie Racing. The has traveled nearly the entire world participating in all kinds of motorsport events on her Porsche 356, braving off-road tracks on six continents and raising money for charities. The Antarctic will be her next destination.
The seventh continent will become the culmination of the 356 Valkyrie Racing Project, which has been running for four years now. Renee will be driving a seriously modded Porsche 356 equipped with snow tracks and skis instead of wheels.
The car no also has a winch, a survival kit, and a specially designed rear window for emergency evacuation. Once the rally reaches its conclusion, Brinkerhoff intends to race her car on the Union Glacier track made of ice, and hopefully set a new speed record on the continent.
