Apocalypse Manufacturing, a Florida-based tuner specializing in hardcore pickup truck conversions, has shared some images of its six-wheeled take on the Ram TRX. The formidable truck can be yours starting from $250,000 before options.
Dubbed the Warlord, the ride wears a menacing matte-black paint coat contrasted by gold-tinted tailpipes, light alloy wheels and bright badging all around. The radiator grille has ‘WAR’ written on it – a nifty inversion of the original RAM logo.
The interior comes wrapped in brown leather with diamond stitching. Buyers are free to submit their own trucks for the conversion, and Apocalypse says all trim levels are accepted.
The power to the tune of 712 PS (702 hp / 524 kW) originates from the stock 6.2-liter V8. The donor vehicle (see video) can sprint 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.5 seconds, but we imagine this custom version being a fair bit slower due to the added weight and third axle.
