This 14-year-old, low-mileage Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640 could be yours for £248,850, or you could save up a bit more and give £270,000 for a brand-new Aventador S.
The explanation why this Murcielago is so expensive lies in its perfect condition and only 317 kilometers (197 miles) on the odometer. Its only owner bought it from a dealership on March 1, 2007, wrapping it into a clear protective wrap and leaving it otherwise stock. The latter even includes the wheels and the tires, which are often changed.
The winning bidder will be getting OEM accessories and a service record along with their dream ride. As for the interior trim, the seats and the ceiling come wrapped in fine leather, but the seats can only be adjusted manually.
Power comes from a 6.5-liter V12 rated at 640 PS (631 hp / 471 kW) and 660 Nm (487 lb-ft) of torque, which links to a six-speed DCT and AWD. Bridging the gap between 0 and 100 km/h (62 mph) takes 3.4 seconds, and the top speed lies as high up as 340 km/h (211 mph).
The seller claims the odds of finding another Lamborghini Murcielago in this condition are vanishingly low. Looking at other examples (in the video), most usually sell for £190,000 or less.
