The next model year sees the three-row Ascent SUV get multiple visual and technical enhancements; sales will start in the fourth quarter of the year.
Exterior modifications include a new radiator grille, redesigned headlamps and a different front bumper that frames the anti-fog lights and the reshaped lower air intake within a single bezel. The revised intakes are said to improve drag. Brushed-up taillights are the most noticeable change in the back.
Other than that, the crossover SUV takes advantage of the latest suite of driver aids, an 11.6-inch multimedia display coming as standard, and wireless smartphone connectivity options.
