1 of 507 Alpina B10 BiTurbo sedans crops up on sale for bargain bin price

This Alpina B10 BiTurbo (E34) was the 37th out of 507 total units built 31 years ago, and it can be yours for just $25,500 as long as you don’t mind its impressive mileage.

Compared to the standard BMW E34 5-Series, the Alpina sedan benefits from dual Garrett T25 turbos installed on its 3.4-liter inline six-cylinder, as well as adjustable boost pressure, lightweight pistons, modified cylinder head assembly, and other upgrades. As a result, it produces 355 PS (350 hp / 261 kW) and sends it to the wheel through a five-speed manual box.

The main downside is the mileage, which currently amounts to over 245,000 kilometers, or 152,236 miles. The owner partially repaired the gearbox eight years ago and overhauled the turbo system after hitting 237,000 km (147,265 miles).

Elsewhere, the build uses Bilstein shocks along with special springs and roll stabilizers, while the rear axle benefits from automatic leveling. Further exterior modifications include a body kit with a rear wing, custom body graphics, and 17-inch Alpina wheels.

A peek inside reveals leather-wrapped sports seats, Alcantara on the ceiling, wooden trim accents, power windows, a two-zone HVAC, and a cassette stereo.
