BMW M8 Gran Coupe debuts in First Edition '8of8'

BMW will be building 400 First Edition units of its M8 Gran Coupe, but the first eight of these will pack even more exclusive features than the rest.

In terms of design, the M8 Gran Coupe First Edition comes closest to the M8 Gran Coupe Concept revealed at the 2018 Geneva IMS. One of the main highlights comes in the form of a gorgeous dark-green paint accentuated by goldish-bronze elements here and there.

The radiator grille boasts the same goldish tint, the door sills bear commemorative badges, and the first 8 coupes boast the ‘1 of 8’ dash plaque. All First Edition cars boast special floor mats and a Merino + Taruma Brown leather trim combo.

The M8 Gran Coupe will hit the market in spring 2020, but the first eight copies have already rolled off the lines and are available for U.S. $230,000.
