Chinese car brand Omoda chose Russia as its first target for international expansion and is now coming to the Western Europe as well with a pilot batch of C5 SUVs. These are only available in Spain at the moment, but more countries will be added to the list later on.
Pre-orders are already available in Europe with sales set to begin in Q4. Before shipments begin, Omoda plans to open a branch office in Italy.
Other offices of the automaker exist in Australia, Israel, Mexico, Turkey and Middle East countries. The company’s plans for the year involve expanding to 21 markets worldwide.
