The Wildtrak trim of the new Ford Bronco went on sale around 2023 (see video) and disappeared in 2025. It’s now available for ordering again, but with a few important caveats.
For starters, it’s now an option package and not a trim version. It’s also only available for the five-door Bronco Badlands SUV. Oddly enough, it is only listed for the outgoing MY2026 vehicle; you can already find the new 2027 Ford Bronco in some dealerships across the United States. What exactly are the benefits?
Apparently, it’s mostly just the black exterior décor including a new radiator grille with large “Bronco” lettering in the middle, a removable hardtop, black side mirror covers and other such trifles.
The Bronco Badlands also comes with the Sasquatch Off-Road package preinstalled, which includes HOSS 3.0 suspension with Fox shocks, electronic diff locks and fender flares. The engine bay continues to be occupied by a 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 tuned to 340 PS (335 hp / 250 kW) and 562 Nm (415 lb-ft) of torque. The transmission is ten-speed automatic.
Buying the 2026 Ford Bronco Wildtrak starts from $62,830.
