MegaRexx Trucks is a custom truck builder specializing in making serious and badass-looking pickups that just about manage to stay road-legal. The company’s latest work combines the best of two worlds – the overlanding performance of the Ford F-150 Raptor with the brutal aesthetics of the F-250 SD.
The starting point is an F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab, which gets humongous Michelin XZL tires sized 46 inches (1.18 meters) in diameter. The suspension enjoys Fox Racing dampers and larger-radius, heavy-duty arms. A full-fledged spare wheel is also provided, and a number of other components migrate from the F-150 Raptor to this build in order to let it feel at home off the trodden path.
Elsewhere, the badass-looking MegaRaptor has a custom black grille, a stainless-steel front bumper, enlarged wheel wells that necessitated cutting and reshaping the bodywork, and new LED headlamps. A glimpse of the rear end reveals a new tailgate, a different bumper and an adjustable trailer hitch.
As far as we know, things stay stock inside the four-door cabin and under the hood. MegaRexx did not mention any pricing details.
