Car spotters have sighted a next-gen Ford Mondeo mule testing on public roads in China. The SUV/wagon crossover comes with a giant display spanning the entire width of the fascia.
British reporters revealed around a year ago that the next-gen Mondeo would debut in a crosswagon body (see video for details), and as it now turns out, it features a two-space construction and is quite tall with slim headlights and complex taillights.
Other than that, the updated cabin looks much like that of the latest Edge Plus, up to the identical tunnel, gear knob and charger, digital gauge cluster and infotainment. The front passenger will benefit from a dedicated display.
The launch will likely occur in the second half of 2021.
