Check out world’s only Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph wagon

The original Rolls-Royce Silver Seraph is a luxury sedan – watch the video if you would like a closer look. However, this example, which is currently on sale in Italy, mutated into an estate car nine years ago, gaining plenty of aftermarket mods in the process.

British Cars built this 1998 Silver Seraph to suit the tastes of a well-to-do Italian man who wanted it to be truly unique and not use parts from other cars. The tuner ended up spending seven months working on the project, designing the fifth door and a number of other elements from scratch.

Things only get quirkier inside the car, where a water tank resides next to a sprinkler. Could the owner wash his footwear prior to entering the car, or did he perhaps wash his dog’s paws? We happen to be lacking details in this regard. What we do know is that the trunk floor plate can be pulled out to form a table, and that the leather bags trimmed to match the interior lend themselves equally well to transporting tools and alcoholic beverages. Then there are two umbrellas and a couple of dedicated pockets for glasses and bottles.

Powering the one-off Rolls-Royce is a 5.4-liter BMW V12 rated at 326 PS (321 hp / 240 kW). A five-speed automatic transmission sends the thrust to the wheels. The odometer shows less than 35,000 km (21,750 miles) of use, and the asking price amounts to €162,500.
