Toyota continues unveiling its Japan Mobility Show lineup. Next up is the Kayoibako, a compact-sized electric car looking more like a basis for further modification. This is precisely what the company proposes to do with it.
Specifically, the edgy microbus can be outfitted as a last-mile delivery vehicle, as a mobile kiosk and even as a work study. Adding extra seats nets you a passenger microbus, while cleaning the cabin up allows installing specialized equipment for people with disabilities.
As far as the numbers are concerned, all we know are the dimensions: length – 3,990 mm, width – 1,790 mm, height – 1,855 mm, wheelbase – 2.8 meters.
