The Toyota bZ7 seen here is still a concept, but CarNewsChina reports quoting its own sources that the GAC-Toyota joint enterprise plans to start mass production in 2025.
The newcomer looks stylistically similar to the bZ3 model already on sale in the country, but larger and more upmarket. It features a sporty fastback-like silhouette without a clearly defined trunk area. The stamped hood and sides have emphasized edges, and the roof is offset in black. The headlights resemble those of the latest Prius.
It is possible that the bZ7 will arrive in the showrooms packing the same BYD-sourced electric motors and batteries as the bZ3 before it, CarNewsChina speculates.
