Tom’s Racing has a new styling kit in store for the ultra-luxurious Century sedan, on the off-chance someone wants the Emperor’s Ride turned into a pimpmobile.
The kit includes new fender flares and side skirts, bumper add-ons, a rear spoiler lip and the tuner’s own Barrel Exhaust with quad pipes. To complement the look, the Japanese company suggests also getting a set of BBS RZ-D zinc-magnesium alloys available in sizes from 18 to 20 inches large. Customers can choose between a silver and two black finishes.
Those who would like an interior makeover can order custom Nappa leather trim for the seats, the door panels and the armrests. Alcantara inserts are listed as optional, and the Century’s OEM natural wood accents remain in place. Tom’s Racing puts its logo on the engine start button and the headrests.
Power for Toyota’s most deluxe saloon comes from a stock 5.0-liter V8 rated at 431 PS (425 hp / 317 kW) and 510 Nm (376 lb-ft) of torque. No modifications were made to the suspension, steering and brakes.
Buying a 2018 Toyota Century in Japan currently starts from ¥24 million ($156,500). Cheapening it with this body kit will set you back another ¥9.5 million before options ($61,900).
