The third generation of the Toyota Corolla came out in 1974 and went down in history as an outstanding affordable urban sedan. Still, its engine power was just about enough at the time and nowhere near enough by modern standards. YouTube channel Stance Royalty suggests a radical way of fixing this.
The Corolla shown here lost its stock 1.2-liter unit worth 55 hp (41 kW) in favor of a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 monster rated ten times as high, likely taken from a Holden Commodore or similar. It also received fender flares and flashy white wheels with a Deep Concave aesthetic.
Check out the video to see the tame-looking Corolla run like the wild animal it is.
