Cadillac turns to Ferrari for F1 engines
In late November, the Cadillac Racing team headed by Mario Andretti was officially accepted into Formula One.
The team will hit the tarmac in the season of 2026 and will initially rely on engines sourced from Ferrari. Cadillac has already procured a chassis for its race car, so that isn’t going to be a problem.
In earlier news, we said that the American automaker had planned on using Renault engines at the Grand Prix. Apparently, there was a change of plans.
