This 2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser Overlander doesn’t only excel at off-road navigation – it also provides permanent housing for Juliana, its owner, who doesn’t care to own a stationary home.
According to Juliana, most of her life is spent moving from one location to another. She calls it ‘true freedom’ and says she loves exploring all the remote and picturesque locations around the United States.
Numerous modifications have been made to the SUV, including a sizeable roof rack, solar panels and auxiliary lights for nighttime driving. Everything needed for a life outdoors is stored in boxes and special compartments, and can be easily deployed when necessary.
Tiny is as it is by motorhome standards, the FJ Cruiser Overland is by no means very spacious or comfortable, but it enables Juliana to live her long-standing dream of exploring the great outdoors and living on the road. Make sure to check out the full 14-minute vid – it’s quite insightful.
