2nd-gen Cadillac XT5 launched in China

After teasing us with virtual images of the second-generation XT5 crossover, Cadillac has now properly introduced it during a live event and started sales.

In China where it is currently available, the car relies on a 2.0-liter turbo four-pot for propulsion. It delivers 230 PS (227 hp / 169 kW) to the road. A 33-inch dash display is arguably the most notable interior feature. Prices range from 280,000 to 340,000 Yuan, which roughly corresponds to U.S. $40,000–48,000.

With Cadillac still hesitant to introduce the new XT5 in North America, it might end up a China-only model.
