ABT Sportsline has released an upgrade package called RS4+ for the Audi RS4 and its coupe version, the Avant. Let’s see how different the upgraded RS looks compared to the ABT RS4-R that debuted at the Geneva motor show a year ago.
The short way of saying it would be ‘not much different at all’. The body kit is essentially the same, unless you count the slightly reshaped front spoiler. There is the same kind of chip tuning on offer, which brings in 530 hp (395 kW) and 690 Nm (510 lbft) of torque. If you are looking for a cheaper option, there is another power kit available that promises 510 hp (380 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lbft) of torque.
The ABT RS4+ accelerates 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 3.8 seconds and maxes out at 280 km/h (174 mph) due to the removed speed limiter.
Further options traditionally include adjustable suspension, a set of 20-inch ABT Sport GR forged wheels (you may also go for the 21-inch ABT Aero ones if you’d rather prefer those), and an in-house-designed exhaust system with adjustable soundtrack and four carbon end pipes.
Interior options are more diverse and include carbon seats with partial leather trimming, ABT’s trademark gear switch, and other similar things.
The tuner decided to limit the ABT RS4+ series to only 50 copies. Sales will start in March.
