Bentley readies a sported-up Continental GT for premiere on March 23

The third-gen Bentley Continental GT hit the spotlight way back in 2017, and its performance-boosted Speed version is finally coming next Tuesday, March 23.

The automaker has published a few pics of the car showing its profile and a video giving an idea of its engine sound. Bentley claims the next-gen Continental GT Speed is its most dynamic production vehicle in history.

The previous generation boasted a 6.0-liter W12 rated at 625 PS (616 hp / 460 kW) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. An update in 2016 brought it an extra 17 PS (17 hp / 13 kW) and 40 Nm (30 lb-ft). The impending new version is going to be even more powerful.
