Genesis has come to the New York International Auto Show with an unusual design study called the X Gran Equator.

It is the Korean brand’s first concept vehicle designed for extreme off-road conditions. Aside from a radical new exterior, it sports a rather laconic cabin with strong retro vibes.

The premium automaker never mentioned any production prospects, so it will likely remain a concept.
