Carscoops has posted a number of spy shots depicting the next BMW iX3. The all-electric crossover SUV is expected to debut in late 2025 and become the automaker’s first production vehicle in Neue Klasse family.
The cladding is impervious, so making guesses is a challenge. The platform change is guaranteed to result in a major exterior redesign, but the details remain unknown. The lights all around are visibly different, but the side windows look more or less traditional.
When it reaches the showrooms, the new iX3 will be available with one or two electric motors. Their output remains to be revealed, but BMW promises us performance on par with modern sports cars in the flagship trim levels.
The next generation of the gas-powered BMW X3 (see video) has also been spotted on the roads already. It had a more traditional-looking, less-camouflaged front end. From what we’ve seen so far, the ICE version may end up looking very different from its EV cousin.
