California-based coachbuilder Denn Quality CoachWorks specializes in vehicles that look normal at a glance while offering serious ballistic protection. Case in point: this GMC Yukon Denali capable of shrugging off continued 7.62mm automatic rifle fire.
The armoring corresponds to the B6 standard and is achieved with the help of layered steel plates and ballistic glass. The added weight necessitates a stronger platform, so the tuner adds Brembo front brakes and 22-inch custom wheels with run-flat tires. Automatic running boards are also a nice touch – it’s a big SUV, after all.
The interior corresponds to the Denali spec, but with reinforced doorframes and hinges. It seems that the suspension and the engine stay stock.
