Mugen puts some extra polish on the 2023 Honda Jazz/Fit

Japanese aftermarket company Mugen has unveiled tuning options for the facelifted Honda Fit (Jazz) lineup. The packages largely consist of exterior trim bits that can be applied to all trims ranging from affordable to RS, but not to the ‘rugged’ Crosstar version.

Included are the kit, 17-inch wheels, a rear spoiler and a modest-sized rear wing to choose between, side mirror caps and assorted trim pieces. The styling differs between the RS and the non-RS version.

Also on the list are custom floor mats and assorted cabin stickers. The full package costs ¥543,500 for the standard compact hatchback and ¥581,000 for the RS. Nearly everything can be purchased separately.

The refreshed Honda Fit/Jazz (see video) dropped cover two months ago and celebrated its full debut earlier this month. Aside from stylistic touches, it wound up with more powerful engines, including a 1.5L petrol mill rated at 118 PS (116 hp / 87 kW) and 142 Nm (105 lb-ft) of torque. As an alternative, customers can opt for a hybrid based on the same engine assisted by dual electric motors for a total of 123 PS (121 hp / 90 kW) and 253 Nm (187 lb-ft) of torque. In Japan, the model can be optioned with an all-wheel drive system.
