Japanese tuning company Damd has released not one, but two styling kits for the Honda N-Box Kei van lineup.
The first kit is called the Angie and is compatible with the regular N-Box and its camping-friendly counterpart, the N-Box Joy (see video). The tuned car is shown in a yellow/gold color in the gallery below. It has a distinct front end with four position lights in the middle, a bigger grille, more air intakes and a skid plate. On the whole, it looks like the designers drew inspiration from the latest Range Rover here. Rocker panels, a roof rack and 15-inch Nitro Power M6 Carbine alloys complement the look.
The other kit is known as the Rodney and only fits the upscale N-Box Custom van. It’s depicted in an elegant silver finish here and has a more restrained front bumper, stylish new headlights and side sill extensions. Copper accents all around wrap up the look.
As you’d expect from Damd, the prices are quite tame – especially by Japanese standards. Both kits are made from cheap and practical plastic. The Angie starts from the rough equivalent of U.S. $1,700, while the Rodney is even cheaper at $1,400. Note that both prices are for the body kit only – the wheels, the roof rack and everything else costs extra.
