Did tuning make this Urus Performante Essenza SCV12 more exclusive or less?

The Lamborghini Urus is about as exclusive as one can hope for in the luxury SUV segment, and those who wanted top-of-the-line could grab an Essenza SCV12 edition limited to 40 units worldwide (6 in the USA). Well, someone did just that and handed the vehicle over to RDB LA for another round of customization.

The tuner started with a full exterior overhaul using a carbon-fiber body kit from 1016 Industries – a front spoiler, a new hood cover, extended fenders and side sills, and a rear diffuser. In the end, the SUV became 120 mm (4.7 inches) wider.

Further upgrades included a Capristo sports exhaust system, a full-body protection wrap, and a suspension lowering kit. The stock wheels made room in the arches for Velos Designwerks 24-inch forged ones. In the end, the tuner tweaked the engine and transmission control units, but never specified the details.

The question is, would you say the tuning was worth it? Aren’t there times when you should just leave good enough alone?
