Land Rover Defender 75th Limited Edition announced for the UK

Land Rover introduced its very first Defender at the 1948 Amsterdam Motor Show, which means the SUV will be turning 75 next year. To mark the milestone, the company will be releasing an anniversary edition in 90 and 110 body styles.

By default, the car comes finished in Grasmere Green, a tint that you can also find on the wheels and inside the car on the door panels and the dashboard. There are special stickers all around, the seats are wrapped in Resist Ebony fabric, and the center console wears a Robustec cover, which the manufacturer claims is the most durable kind of upholstery used in production cars.

The Defender 75th Limited Edition comes based on the luxury trim level known as HSE, which implies such extras as Matrix LED headlights, all-around view cameras, a heads-up display, a wireless smartphone charger, a three-zone climate control system, seats with memory and an 11.4-inch infotainment system. Power-retractable tow bar and all-season tires are listed under options.

Price-wise, we are talking at least £85,995 for the Defender 90 and £89,995 for the Defender 110.
