Maserati has released a promotional video featuring soccer star David Beckham in a story about the duality of nature of the new GranTurismo.
In the video, the ex-footballer tries out two driving modes – one focused on comfort and another prioritizing driving enjoyment. Both prove to be outstanding, but then again, it wouldn’t be an advertisement otherwise.
The new GranTurismo comes in three flavors. Modena offers 490 PS (483 hp / 360 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. Trofeo ups the ante with 550 PS (542 hp / 405 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft), and the all-electric Folgore maxes out the fun with 761 PS (750 hp / 560 kW) and 1,350 Nm (996 lb-ft) of torque.
The Folgore also zaps 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 2.7 seconds and reaches 300 km/h (186 mph). The Trofeo and the Modena manage the sprint in 3.5 and 3.9 seconds, respectively.
