This new wallet-friendly Renault 5 E-Tech is called “Five” and starts €3,000 below the next trim level, Evolution.

Compared to that one, the Five sends 95 PS (94 hp / 70 kW) to the wheels instead of 120 PS (118 hp / 88 kW). It also has no DC charger included, only a built-in 11kW rectifier. Finally, it makes do with a basic air conditioner – no heat pump and no climate control included.

Prices in France start from €25,000.
