Suzuki will attend the Japan Mobility Show with MOQBA, a vehicle equipped with both wheels and robot legs.
When on solid ground, the MOQBA looks like a four-wheel scooter, but it can sprout legs with articulated joints and walk upon encountering an obstacle, like a tall curb or a staircase.
According to the engineering team, the innovative platform the MOQBA is built on unlocks a new level of personal mobility freedom. It lends itself to a wide range of applications, from transporting people with disabilities, the wounded or the sick, to cleaning rubble and disposing of waste in hard-to-reach areas.
