Check out a wild optioned-out Cupra Leon from ABT

German tuning company ABT Sportsline has graced a Cupra Leon Sportstourer VZ Extreme with its attention, turning the family wagon into a 400-hp showstopper.

A shrill neon-yellow wrap was applied to the light brown body of the car, creating a very unusual and attention-grabbing contrast. Spoilers appeared at both ends, side skirts visually lowered the ride height, and the rear end got a diffuser for extra style points. ABT wheels sized 20 inches large at the front axle and 21 inches large at the back rounded off the bold look.

The interior was sprinkled with sporty modifications like paddle shifters and color accents, but the factory trim remained in place.

As you may remember, the VZ Extreme spec raises the output of Cupra Leon’s 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine to 333 PS (328 hp / 245 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque. A seven-speed dual-clutch transmission carries the torque to all four wheels. For this project, ABT tuned the engine to 400 PS (394 hp / 294 kW) and 470 Nm (347 lb-ft) of torque. Based on the two video reviews, the car became much sharper in acceleration and handling, not least because the suspension was also overhauled for a stiffer ride.

ABT plans to offer individualized Cupra vehicles to the public starting from 2026.
