20-year-old Ferrari Enzo goes on sale with OEM wrap still inside

One of the world’s rarest Ferrari Enzo supercars is heading to auction in the USA with only 227 km (141 miles) on the odometer. It was never registered for road use and still has factory wraps on much of the cabin. The paint-trim combo is also unique, the seller says.

Originally manufactured for a customer in Japan, it was evidently not driven by them at all: the auction holder says most of the mileage is due to the Ferrari quality assurance crew running pre-delivery tests.

Most Enzo examples (like the one in the video) came finished in a shade known as Rosso Corsa, but this particular car was given an Argento Nurburgring coat. Only nine units were finished like this. The owner claims the this is also the only example worldwide to combine such an exterior with cream-tinted Cuio leather; the remaining eight are all either red or black inside, allegedly.

Popping the hood reveals a six-liter V12 mated to a six-speed gearbox and rear-wheel drive. With 660 PS (651 hp / 485 kW) and 657 Nm (485 lb-ft) of torque at its disposal, the coupe snaps off the start line to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.65 seconds and only hits its speed ceiling at 350 km/h (217 mph).

There are no price estimations so far. In August 2022, an Enzo finished in a similar shade titled Grigio Titanio with 4,400 km (2,734 miles) of use on it changed hands for U.S. $4,130,000. Other recent examples on sale included a white and a matte-black one, but there is no data on whether they were actually sold.
