Statistics suggests that 18 percent of all passenger vehicles sold in the United States in 2022 were finished in grey. Fiat found the fact rather appalling and posted a video announcing the removal of the ‘drab’ paint from its palette.
The video demonstrates a vivid orange Fiat 600 EV set to debut in early July. It looks like the Italian company’s battery CUV will be available in this shade, along with some others. The one thing that we know for sure now is that Fiat will no longer be selling grey cars.
According to earlier rumors, the 600e model will be based on the same platform as the Jeep Avenger. If so, then it will most likely ship with a single electric motor rated at 156 PS (154 hp / 115 kW) and 260 Nm (192 lb-ft) of torque.
