Jetour unwraps the T-3, an off-roader concept with 1,300 PS at the wheels

The insane Jetour T-3 it has quad motors giving it 1,300 PS (1,282 hp / 956 kW). It may be only a concept car at this point, but earlier data suggests that the model is included in the manufacturer’s production plans.

In its conceptual guise, the T-3 flaunts suicide rear doors and as few as four seats inside. We expect the production car to default to normal front-hinged rear doors and a choice between 5 and 7 seats in the cabin.

Each motor comes mounted at a wheel and produces 340 PS (335 hp / 250 kW) along with 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. Going from zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) succeeds in three seconds. Later on, the company plans to produce a hybrid modification as well with an IC engine acting as a power generator. That version could have up to 1,400 km (870 miles) of range.
