Brabus unleashes a trio of same-looking G-Wagons

The Brabus 800 (see video) is a fairly well-known Mercedes-AMG G 63 modification for the discerning clientele, but it’s rare to see three examples delivered at once. Let’s take a look at them.

The German tuner doesn’t say so outright, but it seems that the batch could go to one and the same client. All three are finished in black without bright accents aside from silver rally-style wheels in the arches.  All three wear wheel arch and side sill extensions, aftermarket bumpers and auxiliary lighting to keep up the off-road aesthetic. A look from the back reveals a branded spare wheel holder and a roof wing on all three examples.

Whereas the exterior looks dark and borderline menacing, the cabin goes for a more cheerful vibe with abundant yellow leather trim throughout. Carbon-fiber accents help create an upscale ambience, and the quality all around seems top-notch – then again, it’s Brabus we’re dealing with, so no surprises here.

Interestingly, the trio has the steering wheel on the right-hand side, reinforcing our theory that it was ordered by the same customer. The destination country and the pricing haven’t been revealed, though.

Any self-respecting Brabus G-Class, this one benefits from a major powertrain upgrade, pumping out 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW) from its 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8. Sprint times vary per build, but this one should be capable of hitting 100 km/h (62 mph) from standstill in four seconds or so.
