The sixth generation of the Mitsubishi L200 a.k.a. Triton lends itself very well to aftermarket customization, and Ironman 4×4 delivers just that. In early July, customers in Australia will be able to order a whole range of overlanding-friendly accessories for the truck.
The bull bar is an essential component of a successful trip into the outback, so the tuning company offers as many as three options. Commercial is the cheapest one, but still eminently practical with mounting points for equipment. Deluxe adds LED lights, towing eyes and antenna mounts. Finally, Raid just looks cool with its honeycomb inserts for the air intakes, but otherwise doesn’t offer much in terms of day-to-day utility.
The rear end gets its own share of protection along with a trailer hook and recovery points. Larger fenders are available for the wheel arches at both ends, and Ironman 4×4 also stocks up on different suspension kits for all kinds of use scenarios.
Later on, the company plans to complement the list with an awning, side steps and running boards, skid plates, roof racks and other handy accessories.
