Porsche 911 Slantnose gets revived by an unlikely company

A tuning firm going by the name Indecent Vehicles has unveiled its project number 020, essentially a Porsche 911 (991.1) Carrera 2 styled to resemble the iconic 930 Turbo Slantnose from the early ‘80s.

The car received an all-new front end complete with a sloped hood and a completely different bumper merged into a single part with the front quarter panels and wheel arches. This arrangement is echoed by flared fenders, a rear wing and a diffuser with enlarged tailpipes at the rear end. A fresh white paint dubbed “The Whitest” helps the design look more coherent, as do 20-inch aftermarket wheels shod in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.

As you probably have noticed, the headlights aren’t of a pop-up design like their predecessors were. Instead, they are deep-seated, round, and installed upright in a manner not reminiscent of any particular Porsche, whether modern or vintage. Then again, the tuner previewed this build via sketches last year, and it seems that everyone was mostly fine with its appearance back then.

Should you desire something closer to a complete overhaul, Indecent will re-trim the interior using your preferred materials and finishes and boost the stock 3.4-liter flat-six engine to some 558 PS (550 hp / 410 kW) using a custom supercharger setup. That’s 200 extra horses (150 kilowatts), so nothing to sneeze at if you don’t mind chargers. Oh, and there are also quite a few suspension, brakes and exhaust system upgrades listed on this build’s page.

Indecent Vehicles hasn’t revealed any prices, but you can contact one of its branch offices in Poland, Italy, UK or United States.
