Geely introduces the Preface Concept, dubs it “the first high-end sporty sedan”

Geely has held the official premiere of its all-new Preface sedan/saloon, describing it as “the first high-end sporty sedan”. The Chinese car manufacturer hopes to release a whole range of vehicles based on this concept, all of which will target well-to-do customers all around the world.

The car sports an original front, with the sculpted hood, the radiator grille with vertical fins, the stylish air intakes and the squinted headlights being the main highlights.

The Geely Preface also sports a curvy aerodynamic body and side mirrors, original wheels, ornamental metallic inserts, concealed door handles, and rear doors that open against the traffic.

The interior of the car is bi-color and houses a digital dashboard with a hexagonal steering wheel on top of it and a touch-enabled multimedia display on the right. There is also a panoramic glass roof along with ergonomic seats.

The manufacturer does not venture into any technicalities just yet, only saying that the car comes based on the CMA architecture. Based on the photos (more specifically, the battery charge indicator on the dash screen), we are dealing with an EV here, but this isn’t official.
