Audi A8 tries on a set of flashy 22” Vossen wheels

HF-1 Forged wheels by Vossen Regal appear to have that unique kind of design that perfectly fits all car types. They had been tried on the Porsche Panamera GTS, the Audi Q7 / S7, and Range Rover Velar with invariably spectacular results. Today, someone in Vossen Wheels finally thought of slapping them on an Audi A8 executive sedan.

Thus, the company has demonstrated us that the double-5-spoke HF-1 wheel series feels at home on luxury cars as well.

The Audi A8 depicted here is a facelift version which comes with a new wheel set and lowered suspension. It looks like the road clearance has been reduced further by at least 30 mm (1.2”), lending it a sportier and more aggressive appearance. The car also features tinted windows and boasts a deliberate lack of gaudy chromed parts, with the only exceptions being the radiator grille and the Audi logos.
