After a prolonged series of tests, Gordon Murray Automotive has begun to assemble the T.50 supercar series. The example no. 1 has already rolled out of the premises with the company founder’s signature on it.
Only 100 examples will be made by hand in Surrey, England. Each car will be unique in some way and customized in accordance with its owner’s wishes.
As small as the production run is, being a car manufacturer comes with the responsibility to provide certain technical services. To that end, GMA says it is already working on opening a chain of service centers in Great Britain, UAE, United States and Japan. These outlets will handle both warranty and service repairs.
The GMA T.33, the company’s second production supercar, is scheduled to reach production next year.
