Money Doesn’t Buy Taste: C8 Corvette gets spoiled with lavish rims

Have a look at the photos showing the mid-engined new ‘Vette flaunting huge red Forgiato rims. Judging by the many negative comments, the owner of the car made a poorly informed choice here.

Installed here is the Forgiato Ventoso-ECL multi-spoke set we had seen before on the Rolls-Royce Cullinan abd the Ferrari 458 Italia. The former just about pulled it off while the latter actually came across as stylish – no such luck for this poor Corvette, though. The fact that the wheels look comically oversized and ready to come off at the first convenience due to some infernal negative camber going on does not improve matters, either.

And so the question is, would you drive such a sports car yourself?
