Zeekr 7X gets a mid-life refresh

The mid-size Zeekr 7X SUV only went on sale in the summer of 2024, but the company felt like it needed an update, reports CarNewsChina quoting data from the Ministry of Industry database.

The 2026 Zeekr 7X has been entered into the database with new and superior motors, as well as batteries capable of up to 802 km (498 miles) of range. It’s still unknown when it may reach the market, so let’s review the updates in the meantime.

Like before, the company plans to offer the electric SUV with either one rear-mounted motor or two motors driving all four wheels. The RWD spec currently produces 421 PS (416 hp / 310 kW), but the update bumps its output to 503 PS (496 hp / 370 kW).

In turn, the AWD version currently makes 646 PS (637 hp / 475 kW). It also gets an overhaul with a 292-PS (288-hp / 210-kW) front motor and a completely new, but not yet fully revealed rear motor.

The affordable 75-kWh battery pack will remain available, while the flagship option will be expanded from 100 to 103 kWh of capacity. As a result, the RWD Zeekr 7X will be able to cover 802 kilometers on a charge, as mentioned above. The smaller battery will provide up to 600 km (373 miles) of range which is 5 km (3 miles) less than before the facelift, but that’s because the new e-motors demand more power.

The images of the SUV suggest that it will remain stylistically unchanged. Same goes for its body length (4,825 mm) and wheelbase (2,925 mm). Equipment-wise, the company promises us a superior ADAS package running on modern hardware by Nvidia.
